"Super Lawyers"

...Randick O'Dea & Tooliatos, a law firm serving East Bay clients for more than 20 years, announced today that for the second consecutive year, members of the firm have been selected as prestigious "Northern California Super Lawyers" by their peers in a rigorous nomination process. This designation identifies those lawyers who are judged to be superior in their individual practice area by other attorneys.

Those attorneys at Randick O'Dea & Tooliatos receiving the "Super Lawyer" designation, along with their area of specialty, were Leslie Baxter- Real Estate Litigation, Robert Randick - Business Litigation, Nick Tooliatos- Estate Planning/Trusts and Brian O'Dea- Business/Corporate.

Ballots were distributed to 46,000 attorneys across Northern California who were asked to nominate the best attorneys they've personally observed in action. Through this peer review attorneys were nominated for "Super Lawyer." In addition, an attorney-led research staff reviewed the credentials of those attorneys who were nominated. A blue ribbon panel of attorneys was assembled to review the final scores of nominated attorneys, which narrowed down the selection to the winning individuals. Those with the designation of "Super Lawyers" represent the top five percent of attorneys in California.

"Obviously, we're extremely proud of all the attorneys at our firm who received the 'Super Lawyer' designation," stated Robert Randick, Managing Partner at Randick O'Dea and Tooliatos. "To be ranked within the top five percent of all attorneys in Northern California is quite an honor," he added.
