Law Firm Members Earn Prestigious
"Super Lawyers" Designation

PLEASANTON, CALIF. – Randick O'Dea & Tooliatos, a law firm serving clients in the East Bay for almost 30 years, announced today that two members of the firm have been selected as prestigious "Northern California Super Lawyers" by their peers. The "Super Lawyer" designation is based on a rigorous nomination process, and identifies those lawyers who are judged to be superior in their individual practice area by other attorneys.

The attorneys at Randick O'Dea & Tooliatos receiving the "Super Lawyer" designation, including their area of specialty, were Nick Tooliatos – Estate Planning/Trusts. Nick Tooliatos has been on the "Super Lawyer" list every year since 2004.

Ballots were distributed to 46,000 attorneys across Northern California who were asked to nominate the best attorneys that they've personally observed in action. It was through this peer review process that attorneys were nominated for "Super Lawyer" designation. In addition, a research staff led by attorneys reviewed the credentials of all attorneys who were nominated. A blue-ribbon panel of attorneys reviewed the final scores of the nominated attorneys, and then narrowed down the selection to the winning individuals. Those earning the designation of "Super Lawyers" represent the top five percent of attorneys in California.
