Ralph is a transactional lawyer with expertise in several areas of law, including general business and corporate representation and tax and estate planning. Ralph's corporate practice has focused on entity formations, private equity financings, including angel and VC investments, mergers and acquisitions, IP protection and providing counsel to emerging growth and middle-market companies and investors. Ralph also counsels corporate and individual clients on a wide range of tax and estate planning matters.
Prior to joining Randick O'Dea & Tooliatos, he practiced with Reed Smith and Bay Venture Counsel in Oakland, California. Ralph is a reformed litigator, having started his legal career as a commercial litigation attorney with O'Melveny & Myers in Los Angeles, after a judicial clerkship with then Chief Judge Edward C. Reed, Jr. of the United States District Court for the District of Nevada.
