Kevin R. Martin

Kevin has been practicing intellectual property law, business law and real estate law in and around the San Francisco Bay Area since 1994. His practice focuses primarily on procuring, protection and defending client's intellectual property interests including trademark, copyright and patents.
In addition to his transaction work, Kevin represents both plaintiffs and defendants in various types of litigation matters, including trademark and copyright infringement actions, trade secret matters, unfair competition, and other business related torts in Federal and State courts, as well as before the Trademark Trial and Appeals Board. His litigation experience includes representing clients in trial, binding and non-binding arbitration, mediation and settlement negotiations. Kevin also assists clients in contract and real estate matters.
Prior to joining Randick O'Dea and Tooliatos, Kevin was associated with the San Francisco office of the international law firm Coudert Brothers working in their Intellectual Property transactions group. Kevin has been an instructor of business and intellectual property law with the Northern California campuses of the University of Phoenix since 1999.

MEMBERSHIP
- Kevin was admitted to practice before all of the state and Federal courts of California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in 1995. Kevin is a member of the San Francisco and Santa Clara County Bar Associations, American Bar Association and the International Trademark Association.
