Annette joined the firm in 1987. She has been the Administrator for 30 years. She manages human resources, recruiting, employee relations, accounting, budgeting and other strategic challenges in order to achieve the firm’s goals. Annette is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR). She has been actively involved in and served as President of the East Bay Association of Legal Administrators.
Dawn is a legal secretary, Notary Public, and the firm's calendar administrator. She has been with Randick O’Dea & Tooliatos for over 10 years. She has over 20 years’ experience in the legal field in the areas of civil litigation, personal injury, estate planning, probate, and real estate transactions. Prior to joining the firm, Dawn was a certified court reporter (“stenographer”) for over 5 years and also attended Chabot College for Business Administration classes.
Susan Betti is a California Certified Legal Secretary with over 20 years of law firm administrative experience, and has assisted in all areas of the Firm’s practice. She is a member of Livermore Amador Valley Legal Professionals Association of Legal Secretaries, Incorporated, and a Notary Public. Sue is active with educational workshops, training classes and attending EACBA and Bay Area Legal Forum programs.
