Bio

Brian is a native of the Bay Area. He was admitted to the California Bar in 1970 and joined the Law Offices of Joseph L. Alioto in San Francisco as an antitrust litigator. From 1972 until the merger on January 1, 2000, Brian was a partner in the Oakland firm of Randick & O’Dea (formerly Spinetta Randick & O’Dea).

Brian’s experience encompasses a wide spectrum of practice areas in his representation of small to medium sized businesses. He has handled numerous real estate and business transactions for his clients, as well as representing both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of commercial litigation specialties, including employment, real estate, contract and franchise disputes. He has extensive jury trial experience in matters involving real estate, fraud and other business torts.

Memberships
Brian was admitted to practice law in 1970. Brian is a member of the Alameda County Bar Association where he served on its Board of Directors and as Chairman of the Fee Arbitration Committee. Brian was also a member of the St. Mary’s High School Board of Trustees, and Trustee of the St. Mary’s College East Bay Scholarship Fund.
